A management consultant works with company leadership to assess the company and identify problems, gather information, and implement solutions. Management consultants frequently work in teams, and mostly work for clients directly and contribute to the success of Kratos Systems
Director
Develop and implement plans and objectives for the department in an effective and innovative fashion. Oversee and coordinate daily operations. Maintain compliance with external regulations and internal policies. Assess and report progress in meeting department objectives and contribute to the success of Kratos Systems
Manager
Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment. Develops personal growth opportunities and contribute to the success of Kratos Systems
